Swiss Mediterranean

Along the shore of Lake maggiorre in southern Switzerland you seem to feel that you are on the Med. This town named Ascona is a place that I would like to retire to someday.

Freedom Tower, Miami

The Freedom Tower located in downtown Miami, Florida is in a newly refurbished section of the city. It is sandwiched between the American Airlines Arena and the shopping and eating promenade on the water.

Reichstag Rooftop

This was taken on the roof of the famous Reichstag in Berlin, Germany. This building is very old with a futuristic dome on top. Just like the rest of Germany they are trying to blend the old with the new.

Sailing the Caribbean off of Virgin Gorda, BVI

Looking through the enormous boulders at the baths in Virgin Gorda, BVI I saw this perfect sailboat. Cruising this part of the sea daily is a dream.

Martha's Vineyard Lighthouse

We just stepped out of our hotel and found this walkway down to a lighthouse on Martha's Vineyard. It is a beautiful site at sunset.

NYC's Grand Central Station

I took this picture yesterday. When I used to live in New York I never stopped to look at the architecture but I actually took the time to photograph some of the main spots yesterday.

Uruguay Sunset

This is the view of the sandy terrain that leads to Uruguay's Rio de la Plata. This is a beautiful area where you can ride horses and sun on the beach.

Monterey Aquarium

This jellyfish exhibit turned out to give me a great shot from the Monterey Aquarium.

Play time in Milan

Kids running around chasing Pigeons in the main square of Milan gave me a good action shot. Rats with wings isn't my definition of fun but for these kids it is.

This is the entrance at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace in downtown Budapest, Hungary. It really is a converted palace that sits at the base of the Chain Bridge.

Taken from the top floor of the Raffles the Plaza Hotel, you can see the main harbor, opera house and downtown area of Singapore. You can also see the preparations for Singapore's National Day celebration at the bottom right side of the photo.
