The Charles Bridge in Prague is has some of the most intricate statues you will find in Europe sitting on its edges. It doesn't hurt that it looks out over the Prague Castle.
The Cliffs of Moher sit on the Western edge of Ireland about 40 miles from the city of Galway. I was able to get somewhat close to the edge for this photo but people will hang their bodies over the edge for a good picture. Not worth it to me.
It doesn't look like a city center but this small quaint town 20 miles west of Lisbon is a UNESCO world heritage site and great place to spend a day wandering the streets.
Caught at daybreak, this has to be one of the best times to walk the city of Florence, Italy. The colors of the buildings pop out at you and you see why people flock here from around the world.

This is not Portugal, it is MacauSARChina and it was held by the Portuguese until 1999. The Largo deSenado is in the middle of the old Portuguese section and is a wonderful place to take a long walk.
